A black-and-gold shopfront announces Kretz's Parisian street presence
For fans of the Netflix series The Parisian Agency, the Kretz family represents the pinnacle of French luxury real estate. Their brand is built on a unique foundation of professional excellence and intimate family dynamics. When the time came to move beyond their famous family home in Boulogne-Billancourt, designer Sophie Darriere of Label Experience was tasked with a delicate challenge. She had to create a workspace that felt public enough for high-profile clients yet private enough to maintain the "family spirit" that defines their business.

Stone fireplace and blue shelving niches anchor the client lounge
The new headquarters is situated in the prestigious 16th Arrondissement. The design completely moves away from the clinical and cold atmosphere of traditional brokerage firms. Instead, the space welcomes visitors with the hushed elegance of a private club. Darriere utilized a rich and moody color palette dominated by deep blues and warm metallic accents. This choice establishes an immediate sense of authority and timelessness. The layout is intentionally non-linear to encourage a natural flow between informal coffee chats and intense contract negotiations.

A blue ceiling and oval table define the informal meeting room
A central pillar of the design is the concept of "Phygital" integration. Because the Kretz brand is globally recognized through digital screens, the physical office had to act as a high-tech broadcasting hub. Darriere seamlessly embedded large-scale digital displays into the walls. These screens do not look like standard office equipment because they are framed like fine art. They display high-definition tours of the world's most exclusive properties while blending into the classic Parisian architecture of the room. This allows the family to present multi-million euro listings with cinematic flair.

Terracotta walls and cognac leather create a moody private alcove
The materiality of the office is a masterclass in tactile luxury. The designer specified Walnut wood for the bespoke cabinetry to provide a sense of grounded heritage. This is contrasted by the sharp and reflective surfaces of Polished Brass and Carrara Marble.

Steel-framed doors connect a mustard lounge to the crimson salon
The meeting rooms are particularly noteworthy because they are draped in heavy Royal Blue Velvet. These acoustic choices ensure that private conversations remain confidential while adding a layer of theatrical softness to the workspace. The inclusion of a custom-designed bar further reinforces the hospitality-first approach of the firm.

Lighting is used as a tool to define the various zones of the office. Rather than using harsh overhead panels, Label Experience implemented a layered lighting scheme. Architectural spotlights highlight the intricate plaster moldings on the ceiling while decorative pendant lights create warm pools of illumination over the seating areas. This approach mimics the lighting of a high-end residential living room. It makes the transition from a family dinner to a business meeting feel entirely effortless.

Ultimately, Sophie Darriere has created a physical manifestation of a digital phenomenon. The Kretz headquarters is not just a place where work happens. It is a stage where the narrative of "The Parisian Agency" continues to unfold. By prioritizing comfort, heritage, and technology in equal measure, Label Experience has set a new benchmark for luxury workplace design. The office serves as a reminder that in the world of ultra-high-net-worth real estate, the most valuable asset is often a sense of feeling at home.
