French-style Villa and Garden of Love Villa, both designed and delivered by LandDecor, received the titles 2026 Asia's Best Residential Interior Design and 2026 Asia's Best Conceptual Interior Design, respectively, at the 2026 Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA).
On June 26, during the 2026 AADA Winners' Night staged in Dragon Pearl Cave (Quang Ninh, Vietnam), LandDecor, a member brand of Landco Corporation, was honored with two of the event's highest distinctions for its French-style Villa and Garden of Love Villa projects.
Rather than recognizing two different aesthetic languages alone, the awards reflect a broader direction in contemporary residential design: creating living environments through a deep understanding of people, where architecture, interiors, and everyday experience are thoughtfully integrated to shape homes with enduring value and distinct identities.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Mr. Pham Xuan Thiet, Design Director behind LandDecor's award-winning projects, shared: "Designing homes for multi-generational families requires balancing many layers of values: tradition and modernity, individual privacy and family connection, as well as international architectural languages with the everyday lifestyle of contemporary Vietnamese families. French-style Villa and Garden of Love Villa represent two different approaches to achieving that balance".

French-style Villa was conceived from the homeowner's aspiration to create a timeless residence capable of serving multiple generations. Rather than replicating traditional European architecture, LandDecor reinterpreted the essence of French classical design through carefully refined proportions, natural lighting, material selections, and bespoke interior solutions that better suit the lifestyle of a modern Vietnamese family.

Elegant moldings, soft architectural lines, and symmetrical compositions preserve the sophistication associated with French architecture while creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere for everyday living.
According to the AADA International Jury, the project was recognized for creating "a refined living environment where timeless architectural values are expressed through classical design combined with highly personalized interiors that reflect both cultural depth and the unique identity of its homeowners".
In contrast, Garden of Love Villa was developed from the concept of "a garden of love", where architecture and interior design function as an interconnected system centered on family relationships.
Inspired by Italian Art Nouveau and Liberty Style from the early twentieth century, the project carefully balances cultural influences, functional requirements, and emotional experiences. Shared living areas are positioned as the heart of the home, encouraging daily interaction among family members, while private spaces remain thoughtfully arranged to accommodate individual lifestyles and personal comfort.
Rather than separating functions into isolated rooms, the villa is organized as a continuous spatial journey, allowing movement and interaction to unfold naturally throughout the home.

The international jury recognized Garden of Love Villa for its coherent design vision, where architecture, interior design, and spatial planning operate as a unified whole to create a living environment that supports both emotional well-being and long-term family connection.
Beyond Awards: Designing Homes with Lasting Value
Receiving recognition in two distinct categories highlights an increasingly comprehensive perspective on residential design, where architectural excellence is measured not only by visual expression or craftsmanship, but also by a project's ability to create living environments rich in cultural identity, emotional depth, and lasting human connections.
What distinguishes both award-winning villas is not merely their design language or level of craftsmanship, but their shared commitment to balancing international architectural values with the realities of contemporary Vietnamese living.
Throughout the design process, the LandDecor team worked closely with homeowners to understand their daily routines, lifestyle expectations, and long-term vision for their homes. Architectural principles, European-inspired interiors, carefully selected materials, and handcrafted details were then thoughtfully adapted to create spaces that feel authentic within the Vietnamese cultural context.
As a member brand of Landco Corporation, LandDecor specializes in the design and turnkey delivery of high-end residential interiors. Its projects are developed through a personalized approach that integrates architecture, interior design, and everyday living into a unified spatial experience.
